Decided to leave the corvette game and bought my self a 08 lariat 4x4 off-road package f350 with 89k miles.

2" leveling kit
Upgrade suspension pieces
20" KD series wheels
35x12.5r20 tires

No real gripes expect MPG, reading people got around 11 in city I'm averaging 9.5ish no towing. All I have is an 18' boat and trailer or a 12' v nose but I won't be moving those much and the throttle how it takes a couple seconds to really get moving once which is lag I presume.

Future plans:

Delete everything with emissiones(no emissions testing where I live)
Upgraded turbos
Tuner(still not sure on which one)
Injection
Full turbo back+up pipes
4" lift kit
37" tires
Air horn
Led lights
Upgrade the stereo system with speakers and sub

Welcome. Looks like a good list. However 37's and good mpg are rarely seen together.

Lol, thanks yea I was thinking the 35s were good enough I might just try a deep dish type of wheel.

I put 6k miles on my last Z06 in 6 months going from kentucky to houston from Georgia to houston from Florida to houston and as much as I love my state I'll be chillin here for a minute.

Here is a pic of my 94 f150 and f350

Welcome! Where you at in Florida? Our shop is in the Sarasota-Bradenton area we can help you out with your tuner, turbos and what not.

Thanks I'm stationed near the air force base in destin. First order of business is to up the MPGs. Took the Airaid filter off and cleaned it up, pretty damn dirty. I know I was spoiled with my corvettes which with a 7L actually got pretty good gas mileage compared to my whipple powered gt500 which averaged the same as this super duty. Filled up the truck today at 2.94 a gallon on a full tank it said I would get 355 pussy footen around pre cleaned air filter... We'll see.

Tuner
Turbo back for now as I am researching the up-pipes are a little difficult to get to.
Bed cover are top priority I can install the exhaust and tuner and bed cover but I would like a dyno tune as I have dealt with off the shelf maps from previous turbo cars(subarus, VW, and motorcycles).

Awesome I understand. I have tuners and all in stock most of the time so let me know when your ready or pm me. Would love to help you out. I would suggest the 4 or 5" down pipe back exhaust depending on what you want as noise whether you want a muffler or just a straight pipe.

Welcome and good luck! You'll find yourself pretty happy with just custom tunes. I'm in Ocala. Not familiar with the destiny area but you're not far from Gainesville.
