While trying to test an electrical part of the truck I hooked a jump box to the drivers side battery cables and had the other side not contacting metal Well that red boot didn't keep charge from jumping I heard what I thought was a fuse pop and now nothing has power

Checked all the fuses under the dash and hood visually and saw none blown

Tonight I'm gonna reinstall the batteries and test then all with a light

Anything I have over looked? Fuse numbers to triple check

There are some fusible links in the system too, so don't overlook the possibilty that something along those lines could have blown open. Cheers!

Is there power at the battery side large terminal of the glowplug relay (there are fusible links between the batteries and the GPR terminal)? Is there power to the battery side of the fuses in the underhood fusebox (there are fusible links there too)? Make sure you test the batteries independent from one another (cables disconnected from both). Cheers!
