I doubt you have 2 bad HPOP and 3 bad IPRs. Something is going on and you need to diagnosis what the issue is. Stop throwing parts at it, you will never find it. Put the pump back on that the motor was running. Once you do that, you need to fill the resevior with oil. Dead head the pump and utilizing the manual gauge, see how much pressure you had. If you have nothing, directly apply 12v to the IPR valve (make sure the valve is known working one and correct for the pump). Then check for pressure. BTW: where are you located? Billy T.
