no start need help

hey guys my 97 ex cab will not start for me and I can not figure it out.

a little back ground on the truck. 97 ex cab long bed 4 inch lift air filter mod 3 in down pipe to 4 in out and a ts 6 position chip

the truck will sit there and crank and crank wait to start light does come on replaced the glow plugs and glow plug relay and my battery's un plugged my chip still no fire and to top it off I not have some sort of coolant leek
I have no idea where to go from here :wtf:

Fuses good. Fuel bowl heater specifically

pcm needs to see 125rpm to fire the injectors so if starter or batteries are weak this can be the problem.
did you check the oil level?

fuses are all good relays are all good and I just bought two new battery's today

I had the same problem last winter. Two new batteries and no change. Put in a 4 KW denso starter and I have ot had an issue with it since. Hope it helps. Also it would not be the fuel heater shorting out if the wait to start light still comes on.
