Noise on Rev(video)

I had truck at idle and revved it and it made funny noise if revved fast, if brought up slower no noise, watch video and let me know what yall think.

I just bought truck recently and did all maintenance and added coolant filter and just noticed this today after firing it up though I hadn't really listened to rev before.

Truck has S&B CAI, mini maxx, egrs and dpf deleted full exhaust and pro flo intake pipe 105k

You should try sitting in the passenger seat and have someone drive fairly aggressive. It's really loud over there

Just not sure how it should sound, drove it 3k miles home but didn't really push it hard or anything.
