noise

Did the egr cooler delete last week..Started hearing a screeching sound next to the fuel cooler reservior. im sure everything is connected. Truck runs fine. Did i miss something? Dont wana damage something.

My buddy's truck had a screeching when the turbo would start to spool. Found a exh leak on the drivers side manifold.

Doesnt do it all the time.. I would able to tell if its leaking from the manifold? Should have some soot stains?

Sound like its coming from right next of the fuel cooler resorvior.. Two lines plug into it, silver box. Dont member wat is called.

Yea it does when I start it. Around 1500 rpm. And sometimes when im driving.

Its not the VGT actuator is it?

Nop. Seems to be working ok. Sounds like its coming from the fuel cooler.

Did you move the EBP sensor, if you didn't get the bung welded in good enough it will make that sound. If you didn't get the up pipes bolted properly they will also make that noise.

you dont have to remove any of that stuff on a EGR cooler delete.
