Looking to go non vgt. I have 190/75 but thinking of stepping up to 205s. Is a 62/68/91 too small or should I step up to a 64? My main concern is spool up. That's why I wasn't really considering a 66. Plus I do to some towing so I know I'll have to keep rpms up. Currently running 190/75 on stock turbo n have towed 20k before.

I'm kinda iffy about the non vgt thing , and a total kc turbos fan boy. but that opinion was from my s362 fmw and stock injectors.

man trans might change everything though.

I'm interested in this myself. I just bought a brand new set of 225/100 hybrid warrens and was going too go 66/68/91 TCT bulleseye turbo but now think I rather go 190/75 or 205/30 and 62/68/91. Curious what others say.

I'd keep it smaller with the manual trans. I bet the 362 would be nice, especially if you plan to tow.

I have the .83 divided housing on my 362, FWIW. I'd stick with a true divided housing to help with spool up.

Matt Kubik ran my 362 with either 205's or 225's for a while. He said it cleaned them up surprisingly well for what it was. The thing is you can dial the fuel back pretty easy with tuning, but tuning wont really make up for too large of a turbo. I wouldn't be going to 205's or 225's if I was towing often anyway, but that's just me. A 225 can flow a ton of fuel. My ideal towing setup would be something relatively quick spooling, and having a manual is going to make this harder. If it was me, I'd keep the 190's and do a small compound setup (and budget wasn't a huge concern).
