Im copying this thread for the 7.3 section that Mike (bigrpowr) started, I thought this would be an interesting topic to cover. Im pretty sure I know the conversion ratio to convert a nozzles flow rating into lpm, can someone post up to confirm? What do the stock nozzles flow lpm wise? This will be more helpful for a tuner to tune for each nozzle type.

I realize every bench s different, to be honest not every stock injector will pull the same results either. In a set of 8 they will probably all flow differently, but they will probably all be pretty close to each other. There are going to be some skewing of the results somewhere. Im looking for consistence across the board really.

well for what i may or may not be worth my 100% nozzles were 38 lpm from another company their 100% nozzles are 44lpm.... see my point, they vary quite a bit.

Yes, company will vary, Maybe ill contact jess and see who supplies his nozzles, maybe he can give me an answer. EDM nozzles will flow different than an extrude honed nozzles as well.
