obs 7.3 starting issue

Truck keep trying to start but dies out. When it does start it missfires and dies. I just replaced the uvchs. I did buzz test. So its all good. It gets fuel and truck shoots out white smoke while cranking(white). Bad orings? Lpop guage is reading good. Any ideas?
