Yes and no, depends on if the 350 is a dually or cab and chassis. Differences are different width and the spring pads.

But its a srw 350 then yes its the same axle as the 250

I have zf5 3.55s and 35" tires, 4.10 would suck on the highway here.
2000rpm is a nice cruizing speed
picking it up in 2nd on a hill isnt great

Does the obs f250 and f350 use the same rear axle? If not what is needed to swap a 350 axle into a 250?

Both use the Sterling 10.25 axle, there is no difference between them.

Sterling 10.25 perch widths do not change unless its a c&c truck, which not only has narrower perches but also the axle width is narrower.

A standard dually axle will bolt right under his truck no problem.

Would 3.55 or a 4.10 gear be better for a set of 35s?

I am running 37's with 4.10's and it does great on and off road.
