Ever since I switched to 5w40 synthetic oil for the winter my truck has developed a sporadic idle when its warming up. It only does it when the temp gauge is st the first line when getting into the "normal" area on the dash. After that one spot it won't do it. I just put in a new ipr s few weeks ago thinking that was the problem but it wasnt. Also it only does it when in gear. If I shift into park or neutral while its doing it it stops. What the heck would cause this?
