OK I just have to vent. I know all of us that do our own oil changes will understand this. Why the heck couldn't Ford make the oil filter removal a clean process!? I'm tired of punching a hole in the bottom of the filter to only have another 1/2 quart pour down the side! Going from a 6.0 that had the cartridge filter that was no mess to this is a joke. I swear the Ford engineers laugh at their $60k dollar oil design each time they see a new SD driving down the road.
