So started my truck last night and went to go for a drive but jumped out one last time to find oil under the truck. Took a closer look and it seems like it's coming from the front oil cooler gasket. I put all new gaskets on and torqued accordingly. Regardless I have to take it off so what do you guys suggest I do to avoid taking a bath in oil and coolant and no mixing coolant with the new oil? Thanks

What color is the front gasket? Where did you guy the gasket? If you used the black gasket from Int'l, they leak. You need to go to Ford and get the metal gasket with the blue silicone around the holes.

Check to make sure the bottom bolt is not bottoming out by hitting the timing cover. If not, then----> You'll have to drain the coolant. Remove oil gallery block plug by the bell housing to drain the oil. Remove the two front header bolts. You should be able to sneak the out the gasket and install the new one. The rest you should know.
