Oil Cooler Leaking

I believe my oil cooler is leaking. My motor is out of the truck due to when I blew both head gaskets. Question I have is, Truck had no oil leaks prior to when I blew head gaskets, when truck was in the shop I had oil leaking from oil cooler location. Was hard to tell exactly if that is where it was coming from. So is it common or could the oil cooler started to leak due to the head gaskets being blown? When the head gaskets went, I also blew a freeze plug out the back of the passenger side head. Just curious if there is some kind of relation in order to get an oil leak that fast. Or am I totally wrong and need to look else where? Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks guys,
Curtis

Yeah, those suck to do in the truck, imo. I would do it for.sure. You can probably get orings and just clean it all really well and reassemble. Or you can replace it($$$) all.
