I've read and read and read post about cleaning the cooling system but still having trouble
truck went in for head studs and new gasket and new oil cooler (eot 255 before)
Well I did a flush with vc9 and zerex super cleaner before it went to the shop, but I couldn't get the temp high enough for the chemicals to work (no thermostats), any ways the new cooler is already getting clogged (eot 230) and ive tried a cascade flush 4 times (1/2 box each time 2 boxes total) twice with no thermostat (act won't get higher than 150 sitting and 110 driving) and twice with thermostat and still have high eot.
Should I get ready to change oil cooler again??
Was gonna try some simple green also,
How common is it to have oil cooler trouble so quickly after changing one
