Oil Cooler

Hey guys , looking to come up with a oil cooler before the truck starts getting put back together ,and one of the last parts on the list , Ive come across The International oil cooler part # 1855839C95 , Is this any better then the ford part# 8C3Z-6A642-A , any differances ? one better then the other they both seem to be around the same cost , so no issue there ,Or are their any other options out there yet , besides a full on oil cooler delete, any input would be great thanks
