Oil/Filter service schedule

I checked under 6.4 Tech but didn't see anything. My dealer said every 5K change the oil and every 10K the air filter. My question is what are you guys doing in the real world? I haven't done any major towing and it's been a lot of highway miles. Thanks!

I'd change oil roughly every 5K. But for air filter id just look at it.. Check the filter minder and if it's sucking down it's probably time.

5k max and send out for used oil analysis, then if they say go longer, you can go longer. I did 8,000km on my first oil change and had a ton if iron wear, so cut it back, get it tested and then move up as you can.
