Mods are all in my sig. I keep blowing off my Ic boot coming right off the turbo. It happened again on the way to work this morning, I was running late so I drove the truck about a mile down the road with the Ic pipe off. When I went to put it back together the was a good bit of oil in the boot coming out of the turbo. I also have the CCV mod done . Any idea on where this oil Is coming from? The turbo has less than 5k on it.

Id start by checking the oil drain and make sure it is not backed/clogged up at all

WHS^^^ I wouldn't think the seals would be trashed on a new turbo with only 5k on it... especially with a ccv mod... but may check the ccv mod too to make sure its free flowing..

Is that long tube ran to the rear of the truck free flowing enough?

Zero shaft play in the turbo .. So that's good. The only other place I can see this coming from is the CCV.

Was it rebuilt? Did you ever check for restrictions in the ccv?

No the turbo is dang near brand new. I bought it from you back in October. CCV still has a steady vapor stream coming out if it just like the day I put it on.
