oil light is on

My oil light has come on

It started just after my exhaust started to leak on to the back of the motor from the flex pipe going to the Egr cooler

I repaired the leak but the light comes and goes now at no particular time

I would replace the switch, its on the oil cooler. If it comes on again, I would put an actual gauge on it. Do you have the short style oil filter on there?

im not sure what you mean by the short style oil filter. i get the oil changed at the dealer

i bought a new sensor and the light turned off.

where can i find a T fitting to install a gauge. i have looked everywhere, and i dont want to buy a billet oil cap.
