I have no idea what i did. I was trying to change the tune for the transmission shift schedule. And now, it is telling me that the disk is full, and cannot accept the new files. ANY NEW FILES... So, I downloaded the full SD reload from H&S, and deleted the files from the MINIMAXX, but they wont go away! But they wont read either. And it wont let me reload any files at all. So i had another SD card, a 4 gig, instead of the supplied 2 gig. Not working. the Tuner wont recognize the SD card when i loaded it up.

any help would be awesome! I have another tuner. My SCT. But I didn't wanna lose another unlock... unless i have to. H&S isn't open until Monday, so no help there either.

is there a certain way that the files have to be deleted?

thanks guys...

Not sure what I did different, but, it started working.... ***kin computers.... It is loading now, so, we will see in a bit.

i tried the shift schedule #1 (1, 2, 3, 4, 4TC, 5TC) with high shift points, and at around town speeds, it was a biotch. So, I am now trying to load the same schedule, with MED shift points, in an effort to keep the TC locked, in lower speeds. I might still have to drop to LOW shift points, but, I wont mind, as long as I leave the LOW BOOST FUELING at 0...

To Be Continued....

another thing to try to delete them is to format your card. It will delete everything on there. I'm not quite sure where you have to go on a pc so you may want to hop on youtube and search how to format a sd card

Yeah, it worked. Not sure what I did, or didn't do, either time... but, I just went and did a tranny relearn. I like it so far. we will get some round town miles in tomorrow, and go from there.

The LOW BOOST FUELING setting, really make this thing shine. I can run it on the bad azz HOT DAMN tune, and not smoke out everyone on the road. The H&S is also no where near as violent as the SCT with Erics X tunes... I love his tuning, and will keep it on the 250, but on the 450, I am happy with the "less jerky" feeling of the H&S.

That "jerky" felling is actually the axle wrapping, mine felt the same way. As soon as I put the traction blocks on it went away.

I hear ya, but the SCT on the 250, with traction bars, still had that. very touchy throttle. The H&S isnt quite so responsive. I love it on the 250, but def not needed on the 450.

What are the selections for the low boost fueling? I have always selected 'no' when it asked if I wanted to adjust it.

(0) is the lowest (5) is the highest. meaning, 5 fuels the hardest down low, and smokes like a biotch. it hits the hardest though, and spools pretty darn quick. but for daily driving around town, (0) is nearly smoke free, even on the HOT DAMN 300 tune... if you put it to the floor, she will puff a bit, then clean right up. but if you stay in it, once you get over 15-20 pounds built up, the smoke show gets rolling again!

(0) spools a bit slower. But other than that, i havent noticed any real lack of get up and go.

Glad you got it working, but here's a random H&S question...

Say you've got an H&S and use it to load your tunes, but not the canned H&S tunes. Can you still modify the shift schedule and low boost fueling?

Also, does it have to stay connected the whole time? Or can you load the tune, then unplug and use a DashDaq to monitor?

as far as the custom tunes and fueling are concerned, I am not sure. I sent KEM tunes back. They didnt work for my setup. As well the shift schedule. I think that custom tunes would take care of all that stuff.

But no, once you plug it in and load tunes in your rig, you do not have to leave it engaged.
