P006B DTC has me stumped

I have an 08 6.4 CCSB with 59000 on it, Intake, tune by H&S and DPF went buh by.

Went to start the truck to go to work today and a code tripped, got to work and the light was still on. Found it to be the P006B for map/ EBP correlation. Found one thread on here while at work and found the following.
Truck running at idle
EBP 3
Boost 0
intake temp 0
barometric 14

Engine off Key on
EBP 0
Boost 0
Intake temp 0
barometric 14

It is probably 15F outside today and about 0F when I started it, but Tuesday morning when i started it, it was around -5 to -10 plus windy as hell where it was parked. It sounded very upset when started, since it was not plugged in.

From what I ave seen else where this seems to be a cold weather fault and I am unsure if I should chase this down farther. Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated.

Clear it and keep driving.

EBP freezes in the winter there was a calibration update for it but I don't think it is in most of the aftermarket files.
