What could cause a P0232 (Fuel Pump Circuit High) with my AirDog 2?

if you didn't hook the ford wiring to the ad relay? then the computer is seeing a circuit high because the voltage isnt being pulled down in the motor.

hook the red/with the green tracer wire to the red wire you put to key on 12+.

that will solve the circuit high code. it also will cycle ad pump like factory. when you have the key on(for whatever) the pump wont be needlessly running.

Where do I find the red with green tracer wire from the Ford harness? I had a shop install this for me, so I'm lost.

Thanks a ton Kyle! I wonder if this could be related to it not holding pressure very well... Maybe not enough voltage?

nope not gunna fix the pressure issue.

the only thing that will fix that is a fuel lab or a 1000.

the airdog line of pumps, are just not big enough for the fuel delivery requirements of our engines.

So will it supply more voltage to the pump? I think I've narrowed it down to a voltage issue. I noticed when battery voltage read 12.9-13.1 volts it idled at 65 PSI, and when battery voltage was at 13.6-13.9 it idled at 74 PSI.

Do I just tap the red/green tracer wire into the current power line, or do I cut power to the AirDog hook it directly/soley to the red/green tracer wire?

Also, do you have a picture of this plug? I can't find it ANYWHERE.

no its not going to supply more voltage, its going to fix the code your for the fuel pump circuit.

you take the red wire for the ad relay out from whatever fuse the shop hooked it to,cut the fuse tap end off the wire, and hook it to the red wire with the green tracer.

go under the truck where the factory fuel pump was. there should be a couple plugs hanging under there. fyi the shop may have taped them up. that is where that wire will be.

My pump was fluctuating for the last few months also just like you describe. It even did it a little when it was brand new. The new pump I put in wednesday dosnt move at all.
