It says "high side open bank # 2" left side....meaning drivers or passengers? Bank 2 meaning drivers (even)? Troubleshooting a miss. P1294 is the only code I get on the buzz. Just tightened and did the quarter trick to both UVCH's on both sides.

Yes Driver's side.

When you did the BUZZ test did all 8 buzz? That code would indicate that the entire driver's side bank did not buzz when tested.

Since you did .50 cent mod, did you look at the pins to make sure there wasn't any burn marks? Were they loose? Have you ohmed out the wiring?

All 8 buzzed with no burnt pins. Both sides were loose with the passengers side being the worst. Have not ohmed wiring yet. Will do that next. Excursion has an obvious miss.

Yeah ohms might help seems like it could be injector harnesses. Seems odd though that all 8 Buzzed nice and crisp with an entire bank high to low open code. I know I've had single 1271,1275 etc codes and they were slightly more faint than the others, resolved by tightening loose armature screws, never personally experienced an entire bank though.

Well...swapped out the drivers side harness and the problem was still there. Ran a bit smoother but that's it. Left the valve cover off and all injectors were squirting oil about the same. So I said ef it.... Must be the idm. So I put a liberal amount of dielectric grease on the big engine connector for the hell of it and sure as hell it went away. Buzz checked good, koeo came back good and all other tests. Ran them cold as well as up to operating temps.
