P208B code reductant pump A stuck off

Any body have any idea what this means ? Do I need to replace this DEF pump or is there something else to do/ look for. Thanks

Update.. I was looking into this issue alittle last night and noticed when I turn on my turn signals either left or right the other will flash real dim also. I have confirmed the pump is not running. I’m wondering if I have a ground issue somewhere
