When I went to pull away the pedal was dead and the idle climbed to around 1300-1400rpm, it drops back down to normal when I apply the brakes and climbs right back up when I let off. Checked for codes on the cts and it has "P2138 throttle/pedal position sensor/switch D / E voltage correlation" figured it was the position sensor so I put a new one on and there is still no difference.
