parts needed for engine swap at 54k miles?

I am getting ready to swap motors in my 08. I bought the truck completely stock at 39k miles with intentions of building it as I go. I found a built 6.4 engine and purchased it instead. I have done some searching but need to get a final parts list together so I am prepared in a month to change them out. Here is what I got. I have most of the big things, but I'm curious about the little picky stuff I should know going at this for the first time. I have been told that injector lines should be on my list.

New build 6.4, 0 miles

Arp hardware
No limit extreme studs
New oem oil pump
New oem oil cooler
New bulletproof billet water pump
60% injectors
Midwest dual fueler. Using my current hpfp in valley. Need one for front
Midwest sxe369 single kit
Tial wastegate. Not sure on size at the moment. Or if it really needed
6.0 manifolds coated
Elite uppipes with provision for gate
Side action diesel lpfp and fuel bowl d lete
New belt
Midwest trans short throw shifter

I have the following currently installed:

Sbdd 3650
All d letes
Alradco intercooler
Alradco radiator
Updated rad hoses
No limit cold side pipes
Mpd ccv
No limit intake
Fumoto drain valve. <-best mod yet lol
Hs mcc with Kem and id tunes

So let's hear it please. What do I need to be prepared?
