pcm flash and 6 pos ts chip

I have a 01 7.3 197000km with afe stage 2 intake, bd thruster II turbo (just installed), I also have a ts 6position chip that I just put in. If the previous owner had a pcm flash and I installed that ts chip with it would it make my truck run really laggy and slow. Cause when I took the chip out it ran way better quicker spool up but smoked a lot more without the chip. also I have 38" 15.5s on it and at 110km/hr with the chip out my egts are 850-900 the slightest incline and its 1000 I just thought it should be lower than that what do u guys think? If you plug a chip in it runs off the chip no matter what's on the PCM. If you ran the TS with a factory flashed PCM it would run the same.

The PCM tune must be a better tune for your setup, you can have custom tunes made for your TS.

Doesn't matter PCM flash or factory flash the PCM will run off of the chip no matter what.
