Might work, but probably not. Different years had many different PCM calibrations. You will need one with the same PCM code or have one programmed by a stealership for your truck.

No it won't. 99-01s are interchangeable 02-03s are by themselves.

Nope 02-03 Has CAN communication PCM's 1999-2001 does not. so if you put the 99 PCM in the 02 it most likely wont run or the truck will go crazy. (Shifting Dash etc)
