We have all seen that if the vgt turbo is take care of, not babied, egr deleted, ccv deleted, etc... then they last well over 200,000 miles with no problems. But if let sit, rust, egr clogging issues, ccv oil issues, installing boost foolers, not balanced, vgt never cycled, etc... then they tend to have many more problems.
