Getting ready to build my spare motor... I'm going to be building for 1000+ HP with lots of spray, should i buy some of these fancey coated lower compression with valve reliefs? Or just get some stockers and have the lip machined out?

Wont the valve reliefs depend on what cam you plan on running?

Lip machined and coating on the top and skirts, valve relief's depending on what cam your going to run.

Take a 1/4 inch out of the bowl and coat them, that's it. Get stock deck height.
