Power mirror preset problem

I don't know when the problem started but when my gf drives my rig and moves the seat and pedals around I usually hit the driver preset to return it to my liking, but recently when I hit the button my driver side mirror will turn all the way out or all the way in and start to click and don't stop til I manually move it back. Is there any cure for this issue? Thanks for any input

Maybe someone hit your mirror and made the gearing out of wack. Try replacing with the passenger mirror and see if it does the same thing. Not sure if the plugs are the same but worth a try
