alright so i have flushed my power steering fluid twice now first time last july when the pump started whining and it had full fluid but i was really dark so i flushed it the whinning went away now about 2 weeks ago the it started acting up have strong man it at slow speeds throught the parking lot and the breaks felt all weird so flushed it again this time no change still strongmaning it and breaks feel weird do you guys think my pump is going or is it gone
