Things have finally slowed down and I have some time to show you guys the suspension stage of the build!

In just over 3 weeks, Precision Metal Fab designed, built, assembled and delievered to SEMA what is in my opinion, the trickest suspension systems and trucks I have ever seen.

The Trophy Truck inspired Long Travel suspension uses custom tuned 12" Travel 3.0 Coilovers at all 4 corners and features 12" of travel in the front with PMF Adjustable 3 link Arms and a massive 18.5" of travel in the rear with their freshly designed Trailing Arm set up.

One of the best parts of this was the fact that I was able to be there and lend a helping hand where ever I could and in return, be able to see all that really goes into actually building a top of the line lift. Trevor is an unbelieveable welder, perfectionist, and has become a great friend. I could not be happier with the truck and the experience I had.

I was able to take quite a few pictures through out the process, so enjoy!

Those wheels are slick, I wish I could get some like that in 20"

The whole truck is really nice, I am not a big fan of the cali rubber but everything is very nicely done.

The wheel is a 24, so for now it is either 38/13.50/24 Trail Grapplers or 40/14.50/24 Interco M16s... so I am somewhat limited until Toyo Releases their 40/24 set up

plus the truck has so much travel that it can actually compress to being 2'' lower than stock... which manys even 38s can make contact with the fenders.

The wheels on my truck are 24x14s. I talked to toyo at SEMA and the plan is to have them realeased by spring. I gave them my contact info and they said they will keep me updated. anything I hear, I will let you know.

That is sweet looking. Do yall make a coil over kit for a 01 F250? Figured since I have a custom paint job and American Force wheels that I should step up the lift. Plus it is 8 years old so it is kind of worn out. Let me know. Oh btw the lift kit and truck look sick.

This is PMF's four corner coilovers, but for an 08 front axle conversion....
Just waiting on a few more parts and the install will begin!

What does a 08 front axle conversion cost? What size is that? I am only looking for a 6" lift. Bet that is a nice ride with coil overs on every corner.
