If you have the heads off the truck and are going to put them back on without putting new injector cups in don't bother putting the heads on. For what the cups cost and the ease of doing them with the heads on a bench, just replace them.
Heads are from a ford remaned motor with 6k miles.
Just thought I would pressure test since they have so few miles. If it had a 100k on them then yea replacing would be a no brainer.
I don't know of a way to pressure test them with the heads off the truck without getting fancy. You could take a piece of plexiglass and drill out holes for all of the head bolt locations and use a head gasket and bolt the head to it and then pressurize each cup using a universal pressure adapter from a test kit in each injector hole. By the time and money you go through to do that though I think it would just be cheaper to replace them. With only 6k on them I would just look at them real good and make sure they are clean and that they don't look like they have any cracks in them.
