Q's on tuning a 05 6.0

Getting ready to do a egr delete on a 05 f350 of my buddy's dads and I need guidance on what tuner to run to keep the idiot light from freaking out. He likes the live wire ts due to the monitoring, but I don't know if they will turn off the light. Thanks guys!

I'd go with the handheld sct I forget wich one replaced which but its either the x3 or sf3 that's the new one and get a edge insight cts for monitoring. With Gearhead or idp tunes, they can cater to whatever needs he wants the tunes for and it's probably still cheaper than the sct ts overall.

We can disable the light with our tunes on any of the SCT devices, or our Infinity monitor/programmer. You can check out all of the tuning options we have available HERE.

Does he already have the livewire TS? Basically any SCT device with a custom tune will turn the light off. If he already has the livewire TS, just hit up one of the tuners for a tune with it turned off.

No he doesn't have a the ts right now. Truck is completely stock.

I agree with this. And i run innovatives tunes couldn't be happier. But you can't go wrong with any of the custom tuners on here.

He ended up ordering a sct ts, just gotta order the line for the egt sensors.

The livewire TS does have an option for egr on or no egr with the out of the box tunes and no annoying light. Love my livewire TS and would recommend it to anyone
