I have several powerstroke fords from 02 7.3liter to 14 6.7liter. One in particular is a problem, (bought used )a stock 08 crew cab 4x4 with the 6.4liter now has 103xxx miles and dealer says needs new engine (says 2 cylinders are egged) a new ford motor is 16,000.00. was wondering if a 6.7 liter block can be swapped in for the 6.4 liter block? or if a 6.7 liter complete motor could be swapped in?

prior to engine failure we had a new radiator installed (prior to recall) found out ecm doesn't match vin, been in shop several times for ecu/pcm issues, couple injectors replaced, problem after problem. LEMON!!!

any and all help would be appreciated

No, that isn't possible. They are two totally different engines. Not a single part will interchange.

or if a 6.7 liter complete motor could be swapped in?
Yes it could, because given enough time and money it could be done. I will bet that it would cost at least twice what a brand new 6.4L engine will cost you, probably like 4-5 times more. The things that have to change to make that work will boggle your mind.

You could probably find a remanufactured 6.4L for far less that $16k. You might have to take it to an independent shop, a Ford dealer may or may not want to install one for you.
