The exhaust is gonna be a lot easier to put back to stock than the egr stuff will be. I would just run blocker plates If I were you.

No way I would pull the egr's knowing I had to put them back on unless it was a smog every 5 years or so

Depending on how often your smog is, I might would buy a dpf back exhaust, then buy a powerstroker67 dpf/cat delete so that all you have to change is the dpf/cat delete pipe to insert the dpf/cat

I would just do a delete pipe. The tuner will turn the EGR off. No problem running mine like that.

You will want to load the Easy tunes every now and then so that the EGR valve gets a chance to cycle now and then.

I ran my h&s, exhaust, and intake for 10k mi. Made good power 572 at the wheels to be exact. Then I had a oil leak. So I put it all back to stock for the dealer. Not even 2 miles down the road egr code. so what happend was When I put the program back to stock it cycled the butterfly in the intake and it got stuck from all the soot built up on it. So needless to say my truck got a full cooler delete while the cab was off for the oil leak.
