seams that the rad is starting to leak a little bit from one of the seams. so now the research on a new rad is inorder and while im there get a new intercooler. looked at website only sell the jap rads the minimotor or what ever there called. its under 900$ plus the 10% discount and they got a intercooler (havent heard bad thing about them but some dont want ricer parts... whatever as long as it good quality) still looking in and looking at other sites, have contacted jad on here about a intercooler so waiting on that, anyone else have good radiators or intercooler to tell me about. no real info on rad but intercoolers are banks, turbonectics, afe.... i want goods and bad on company please. woudl like to order everything in 1 go, plus silicone lines for the rad and possible new piping for the intercooler. ontop of this order going to get a batmowheel for the stock turbo and a sct tunner so itll beat my bros s2000 :D sad thing is hell do all the work. please tell me more about your setup and what to aviod and why

ok so flipping through magazine look at all online tores for diesel. none had options on radiators, all had the intercoolers. talking with my bro and doing som research found a add of powerstroke.org about these mishimoto (or however it spelled) radiators there not a proformace rad, witch im not looking for anyways, its all alum, build fo rthe 6.0, just have to use the old rad oil cooler lines to make it work perfect. ontop of that its got a lifetime warrenty (stock ones leak due to the plastic witch these dont have) and the warrenty covers accedent supposably :d so that was the deal breaker. on top of there intercooler and rad were onsale plus a 10% discount i upped for it. will have my bro give me pics of any install problems if they arrise and get a full review on this as he drain and flushes the system while hes here.
i also put in for the batmo wheel in a stock turbo, sct tuner, cfm+ large mouth intake kit with drilled holes (future snow proformance) so all in all this should be a nice truck after all said and done.

I spent an extra 50$ on mine to get it from Bullet Proof Diesel. When i get the radiator i opened it up and saw the big Performance radiator sticker on the radiator. Which just happens that i thought i was getting something one off from BPD but it was a just a full aluminum radiator i could of got locally and save the money on the shipping. So check around to see if you have a Performance Radiator close to you.

oh thats a good price compaired to what i was finding, but yet still with a 10% off and the extra 1800 or so in proformance parts and getting everything shipped free and having it from a website i like i was happy paying for it all. if i have another rad problem its got a lifetime warrenty to. actually im sure teh BPD has a life time but ehhh i still would have had to have it shipped.
on a custom build one ill have that sorted out when i finally deside to tare into the block and make somethign fun, for now its bolt on's and driveability

Check powerstrokehelp on you tube for Mishimoto radiators. I went with their radiator and intercooler and the accident replacement is a huge bonus.
