Rail pressure droping

Rail pressure drops if I get on it then let off quick the pressure will drop to around 23-2500 not sure if it just cause I didn't stay in it longer. It seems to do it if I dont go wot almost like the injectors pull all the fuel out but I've already let off the pedal and the fuel pump has dropped pressure so the line pressure drops due to the injectors still firing. I dunno if that makes since but any guesses would be appreciated

Verify your base low pressure fuel delivery first. Spec is 3-8psi.

How should I do that?

Measure the fuel pressure at the port on the fuel cooler.

If it's somewhat reasonable at idle, drive it and see if it falls off as you lean on it.
