You need to take turbo apart, take turbine wheel out, and try a new oil ring seal in the bore in the back of center housing. If no gap you are good for rebuild if gap then the new ring won't seal either. It is normal however to have oil seep if the turbo was sitting on the exhuast housing, hope that helps. [/QUOTE]
