So guys I am deleted with mikes EGR kit and I have never been able to read my EGTS. I have purchased a H&s pyro kit since I have a MM but was told from experienced posters on the H&s forum to just go with gauges it will make everything easier.. Well I took my intake off and was going to try to put a season from the stock exhaust in my block off planet but then noticed the sensor was not plugged in. I plugged it in (to I think the throttle body) and I'm getting readings in the 1500s from a start up and letting her sit now reading mid 1300 but jumping around. Queston is are these normal temps? Should I just say F*** it and install my EGT gauge? If this is the right temp and it's working properly can I have 2 probes and read my egs on my mm from pyro and season in manifold? Thanks for any advice hoping to get this done in a couple hours

you used the wrong sensor, its reading backwards. try a different sensor from the exhaust.

Alright got a new sensor in and everything's running great. So now I have Shia nice Glowshift EGT gauge.. I've heard people installing two to monitor the drivers side of the manifold and passenger side of the manifold. Is it worth having both gauges or should I just get my $105 back?

You should just get rid of that gauge. They're nicknamed glowchits for a reason, they're junk. Have you tried the h&s website as was suggested.
