Rear exterior handle fit driver door?

My truck got broken into this weekend at a hotel along with 7 other vehicles. I was told by security that my alarm did go off which caused them to flee. They basically got the truck open then quickly searched the glove compartment and console. They didn't find the gun under the cup holders or my tuner in the console. They also left my headrest dvd players, huge amp under the seat, and my sons wallet which had cash in it behind the drivers seat. I was told they used something like a slide hammer to push in the lock and in doing so they messed up the handle and slightly dented the door under the handle.
So my question is does the rear exterior keyless door handle fit the front door? I figure no key and some jimmie jammers so they can't get back in. Also does anyone know if you can buy painted door handles or where I can buy paint that really matches, oxford white?

Yes they fit, no you can't buy them pre painted. Sunrise Ford here is your best pricing by far.

Wow,7 vehicles at the same hotel?Sounds like security is on the theives payroll......Just saying.

There is something you can buy that goes behind the lock in the door so your not relying on your key fob to unlock your truck all the time. But it goes behind the lock so they can't punch the lock in. I forget the name of it but someone will know

Jimmy jammer...its a steel plate. I think dfuser sells them

I'm all for preventing a thief but if they want in they will get in somehow. I will second Sunrise Ford parts on the best price and excellent service.

They had also hit 3 other hotels close by from what the police said. Sucks but I guess chit happens when drive a nice ride.
