rear springs for 4" lift

I just installed a 4.5" lift on the front of my truck. I can't use the 6" rear blocks that came with the kit because they are angled, and from what I've read that isn't good for trucks with a 2-piece drive shaft. Rather than buy another block I thought I might upgrade to an all spring setup.

Does anyone know where I can get a set of replacement rear leafs for a 4" lift that don't involve using a block at all? I'm not interested in Icon or Deaver, that stuff is way out of my price range. Pro Comp has a set but I think they are supposed to be used with a factory block which I don't have anymore.

What about doing a shackle flip, that can be good for 4-6" if you set it up right.
