Rear Sway Bar

I have a F350 2011MY with air bags installed. I am thinking of adding the rear sway bar? Does anyone have experience doing this? Is it worth it?

I know a 5" single will fit. The sway bar mounts on the front of the axle. I guess it would depend on where the driver side pipe splits off.
