I would like to have my old set of injectors rebuilt and not quite sure who to send them too. I would like to have them upgraded to 175/stock with out the spill port being plugged. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

With 6.0 injectors its best to use brand new ones, using cores and rebuilding them there have been injectors that fail.

Sheldon at Renegade Diesel or Jesse at Warren diesel are gonna be your two best options. Both have good track records and pretty good warranty and service. I'll probably go with Sheldon when the time comes for me.

Warren Diesel.... I got a set of 155/30's from Jesse built from new injectors. Wasn't the cheapest option but I didn't feel rebuilding mine or cores was the way for me to go.
Happy with the injectors, now I am wanting to step up my turbo to make them really shine.

You can build them either way, we will shortly have new spool valve solenoids so there will be another option with injectors

I've got warren rebuilds and had 2 bad when we put em in and 1 about 4 months after. But they have a great warranty! Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again, infact when I get the funds I'll be getting a trans from them.

Patrick.... Finally someone will be able to get new spool valves for our injectors? That is great news. When will these be available? I was thinking of upgrading mine but was worried about rebuilding mine which have 140,000 miles on them and having to pull them back out because a few had bad spool valves. They run great now just want of upgrade to 155's

Great news, I'll be in touch in the fall, and I'll keep my eye on your website and here for updates on it

I bought a couple of rebuilt injectors with new solenoids on them, just for the solenoids. They only had a $75.00 core charge too. (I just kept everything.)
The company is not a vendor here though.
