Just installed a set of 175/75 injectors, now we have idle issues. So far she runs great and I just picked up some tunes from IDP, hoping this would settle down the rough idle. Weird thing is this doesn't happen ever time it idles. Fuel system is good, oil is brand new. This idle almost sounds like it has a big cam in it and its loping. I did install a new Oil rail plugs and ICP sensor, odd thing is I notice the idle issue went away when I turn on the ac, now that could have been coincidence. Lets see what else, oh ya even put in a small jug of AR9100. I have checked all the connections. Need some help please, thanks,

Like Shawn said...the truck should idle at stock rpms. Mine does with my 190/75's...650rpms. Sounds like there's an issue somewhere.

Warrens injectors so I am told, I bought them from a member on here. It runs great just when it idles it can get pretty rough. Thinking about sending mine in and having them upgraded.

Here is something that is really strange, if i turn my ac off at idle the truck starts to idle rough again, turn the ac back on the the idle smooths out. I have repeated this several times and it will do it everytime.......Any ideas from the Pro's. This truck idled and ran fine prior to installing the injectors.

Its because they have plugged spill ports, the ac puts a load on the truck which is why it goes away. Just like if you put it in drive it will go away.
