I went from the 225/70/19.5s to the 245/70/19.5s, and now I have a nasty wash when running unloaded. Plus, I am not contacting the whole tire on the rears. I aired them down, and then aired down more...

Max psi is 110, and I am running 85 in the front, and 80 in the rear. No high heat spots when on the high way, but I drive it like an old woman. No more than 70 on the big roads. (fuel mileage.....) and only a slight shimmy at speeds. Do I need to go lower in the rear? I heard of folks dropping the pressure to below 50 in the rear, but I don't wanna rip off the hips when they blow out either....

Any help, before I experiment on my own would be AWESOME!!!!!

Thanks guys
Corb

They will wear in the middle some. I run about 90-95 in front all the time, loaded or not.
Rears unloaded I run about 60-65, loaded same as the front.
Also for the shimmy and such, look into Centramatics. They worked great for me on my dually.

No problem. Have fun lifting the 450 wheels and tires.
Might suggest a big pry bar to lift them on and off. Saves the back a little.
