i have a stock turbo and im going to be getting my 250-275/100s havent decided but marty said to do the turbo and everything so i was looking at one of these

no he didnt recommend that he recommended a 468 but i dont have the $$$ for the mount and turbo becz the truck needs other things i was just thinking it would be better than stock

Its just a stock turbo..jut a FYI you can't just piece meal a big HP motor..for a truck..save till you have $7-12k for all the parts and support mods it takes to make 400+

This is advice a lot of people should listen to, it takes a decent chunk of change to make over 400+ the right way. Save your $ till you can afford to mod your truck instead of doin it half a$$ed

my budget is 10k but with the injectors supporting mods and drivetrain and other parts i need for the truck 10k is nothing to go through :flush:

As long as your not beating it, your stock turbo should last for awhile with good tuning. I already found out for myself awhile ago that 10th doesn't go near as far as I'd like it to when it comes to mods

I recall speaking to you.

250's.... Do studs, springs, pushrods and injectors all at once to save on labor and stupid stuff you can avoid like injector O rings.

To support 250's you also need a fuel system and doing that while the turbo is off is the easiest. So doing those at the same time is a good idea.

Add in an oil pump and not having a fuel bowl opens up your options.

Believe that's how the convo went :)

yea pretty close just dont think ill have the money to do the turbo yet but everything else shouldnt be a problem gonna go with irates full system and srp 1.1
