Removing Lift

I'm taking the Icon lift off my truck. It is an Icon 4.5" lift with a 1" spacer up front. It has the one way adjustable shocks. I didn't see the lift before it was put on. Are the radius arms and radius arm frame bracket stock, and that other piece just lowers them down some? That's what it looks like to me. And which hole does the radius arm attach to on the frame bracket; the rear one or front one?

Want to make sure before I start getting everything together.

Radius arms appear stock, as do the brackets on the frame.

They appear to be stock and the bolt will go in the bottom hole of the frame bracket.
