Replacing rear window

Going to be replacing my rear slider with a solid window since the seals on the slider is leaking. Anything special to removing the sliders have removed a solid window is it the same just getting seal started and pushing rest of it out? Any tricks to removing that make it easier?

That would probably help, it's a e99 so just a manual slider.

What about a slider out of a newer model without the gasket?

Already got a solid window so just gonna use it the vertical seal on slider portion is what is bad on mine.
